  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 5 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cube broth, small
  • salt

  • 3 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes with their skins in the salted water until they are done (jacket potatoes). Let cool, peel and cut into not too thick cubes.
  2. Fry the ham cubes, add the onions cut into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
  3. About 3 tablespoons. Stir in the flour and bring to the boil with about ½ liter of water.
  4. Cut the pickles into small cubes and add them to the sauce, bring everything to a simmering boil.
  5. Season with the stock cube, salt, pepper and a little cucumber water, and finally fold in the potatoes.
  6. Is a really tasty and hearty meal, we eat sausages, boiled sausage, fish fingers or meatballs with it.
