Warm Salad with Potatoes and Bacon

A simple but delicious salad can also become an easy main course, because such a salad is served warm! With such a salad, you can improvise, take any salad leaves or their mix.

Ingredients

Directions

Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, cool, cut into slices.
Fry strips of bacon in a dry skillet.
Fry the potatoes in the fat evaporated from the bacon.
Cut the cheese, mash half with a fork and mix with lemon juice and olive oil. The salad dressing is ready.
Mix all the ingredients, add the dressing, top with the remaining cheese – and serve immediately.
