- Cook the potatoes with their skins in the salted water until they are done (jacket potatoes). Let cool, peel and cut into not too thick cubes.
- Fry the ham cubes, add the onions cut into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
- About 3 tablespoons. Stir in the flour and bring to the boil with about ½ liter of water.
- Cut the pickles into small cubes and add them to the sauce, bring everything to a simmering boil.
