- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Use the flour, salt, egg yolk, milk and the egg whites to make a slightly thicker pancake batter.
- Heat the butter in a large baking dish and pour in the batter. Spread the blueberries on top and sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown (stick test).
- Sprinkle with sugar again if you like.
