Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 salt
  • 5 egg (s), separated
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 500 g blueberries (Hoaba)
  • 50 g butter
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Use the flour, salt, egg yolk, milk and the egg whites to make a slightly thicker pancake batter.
  2. Heat the butter in a large baking dish and pour in the batter. Spread the blueberries on top and sprinkle with a little sugar.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown (stick test).
  4. Sprinkle with sugar again if you like.
