Instructions

  1. Pour the red clover flowers, chamomile flowers, sage leaves, yarrow flowers, rock sugar, and schnapps into a large mason jar.
  2. Cover the jar and let it steep at room temperature for 4 to 6 weeks, shaking roughly every 2 to 3 days.
  3. Pour the mixture through cheesecloth into a clean container, then filter again through a coffee filter.
  4. Serve well chilled.
