Ingredients

• 1 handful flowers (red clover)
• 0.5 ½ handful chamomile, just the flowers
• 2 handfuls sage, just the leaves
• 2 handfuls yarrow, just the flowers
• 200 g rock suar
• 1 bottle schnapps (white 40%)

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients into a large mason jar and let stand covered for 4-6 weeks. Shake now and then.
2. Filter through a cheesecloth and filter again through a coffee filter.
3. Enjoy well chilled, e.g. as a little cold relief.
