Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. I like to use ribbon noodles. If you prefer to eat pasta al dente, please drain it 2 minutes in advance.
Cut the onion, garlic and ham into cubes and the asparagus.
Fry the onion and garlic in a pan with a little butter. As soon as they are translucent, add the ham and asparagus, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Then deglaze with the wine and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Now the hollandaise can be added. Let it warm up while stirring occasionally and season again if necessary.
Stir the pasta into the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
If you want, you can add fresh herbs, champions or the like. There are additional calories if you bake everything with cheese.
