  1. Chop the chicken breast fillet and fry it in a little oil in a pan. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then add the finely chopped spring onions and fry briefly. Now add the hollandaise sauce and season with the lime juice. Just before serving, add the halved cocktail tomatoes and let them get hot.
