Sift the flour and gradually stir into the milk with a whisk. Then add the eggs and mix into a smooth batter. Put the salt under the dough.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry a few cubes of bacon in a little butter until translucent. Pour a ladle of batter onto the bacon cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
In northern Germany you eat green salad with it - in Sweden lingonberries, it`s worth trying!
