Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and gradually stir into the milk with a whisk. Then add the eggs and mix into a smooth batter. Put the salt under the dough.
  2. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry a few cubes of bacon in a little butter until translucent. Pour a ladle of batter onto the bacon cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In northern Germany you eat green salad with it - in Sweden lingonberries, it`s worth trying!
