- 1 small onion (s)

- Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with the meat loaf. Take both out of the pan and keep warm in the oven. Prepare the bacon and fried eggs in the pan.
- Arrange the Leberkäse with the onions on a plate, place a piece of bacon and a fried egg on top and season with salt and pepper to taste. A salad or a baguette tastes good with it.
