Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with the meat loaf. Take both out of the pan and keep warm in the oven. Prepare the bacon and fried eggs in the pan.
Arrange the Leberkäse with the onions on a plate, place a piece of bacon and a fried egg on top and season with salt and pepper to taste. A salad or a baguette tastes good with it.
