- 1 small Head savoy cabbage
- 1 small bunch parsley
- 150 g bacon, smoked
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 g sour cream
- 200 g flour
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Oil for frying

- Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage and cut the leaves into coarse strips. Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, then rinse in cold water and drain.
- Finely chop the parsley. Cut the bacon into fine strips. Mix 3 eggs, sour cream and flour together well. Mash the garlic with the garlic press and add to the batter. Fold in the spices and then the savoy cabbage.
- Fry them as small pancakes in the pan, drain on paper towels if necessary. The pancakes can be served warm or cold.
