- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper

- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Fry the minced meat and onions. Add the curry and roast it lightly, but don`t let it get too dark, otherwise the curry will be bitter. Cut the savoy cabbage into small pieces and add. Top up the vegetable stock and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Finally stir in 1 cup of creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
