Ingredients
- 1 savoy cabbage
- 1 packet bacon, mixed or bacon, diced
- 1 cup cream or creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoon beef broth, instant
- Salt and pepper, pepper
- Ground caraway seeds
- possibly sauce thickener

- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry briefly in the pan. Add the cabbage cut into strips and fry everything well. So that the cabbage turns a little brown. Then season with caraway seeds, broth, pepper and a little salt.
- Fill the whole thing up with about 1/4 liter to 0.5 liter of water and then add the cream. Let everything boil and season to taste. If the sauce is a little too thin, it may be thickened a little with Mondamin Sauce Thickener.
