Homemade Bread with Dry Yeast Instructions

  1. Sift the flour.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix. Add water and oil. Knead the dough.
  3. Place the dough in another greased container. Cover with a towel put in warm for 30 minutes (well, or until it rises well).

  4. When it rises, knock it out and leave it to rise again. When it rises a second time, transfer the dough to a greased mold (or molds).
  5. Leave to rise. When it rises, gently, without shaking, put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
