There is nothing better and tastier than homemade bread! I took one easy recipe as a basis and after several attempts came up with a more or less good recipe that strives for the ideal. The bread is very tasty and crispy.

Homemade Bread with Dry Yeast Ingredients

  • Flour – 2.5 cups
  • Warm water – 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Vegetable oil – 2.5 tbsp
  • Dry yeast – 11 g
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon.

The height and porosity of bread depend a lot on the flour. But the last time my bread was just excellent. Soon I will try to make different additives, well, and other types of bread.

  1. Sift the flour.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix. Add water and oil. Knead the dough.
  3. Place the dough in another greased container. Cover with a towel put in warm for 30 minutes (well, or until it rises well).

  4. When it rises, knock it out and leave it to rise again. When it rises a second time, transfer the dough to a greased mold (or molds).
  5. Leave to rise. When it rises, gently, without shaking, put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
