Homemade Wheat Bread with Yeast

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 400 g
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Yeast – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast and salt in warm water.
  2. Sift and add flour to a bowl. Stir with a spoon. Then knead the dough with your hands until it starts to lag behind your hands.
  3. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place. Let it rise well (40-50 minutes). Turn on the oven. Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour.
  4. Transfer the dough to a thin metal dish, greased and floured. Beat the egg. Grease the dough with an egg.
  5. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake homemade wheat flour bread over medium heat (about 180-200 degrees) until tender, about 40 minutes.
  6. Homemade wheat bread with yeast is ready.
