Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon and one orange clean. Rub the lemon peel with the grater. Cut the washed orange into thin slices. Squeeze the other two oranges.
  2. Heat the different types of wine with rock sugar, grated lemon zest, orange juice, orange slices and spices. Take the pot off the plate and leave it covered for 1-2 days.
  3. Heat again, strain and fill into clean bottles to just below the brim. Close immediately and let cool upside down.
  4. We keep the bottled mulled wine for at least 1 year.
