Ingredients
- 0.75 liter ¾ white wine
- 0.75 liter ¾ rosé wine
- 1 ½ liter red wine (Bordeaux)
- 250 g rock suar, brown
- 1 lemon (s)
- 2 cinnamon stick (s)
- 3 orange (s), organic
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 5 carnation (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ allspice powder
- 2 star anise

- Wash the lemon and one orange clean. Rub the lemon peel with the grater. Cut the washed orange into thin slices. Squeeze the other two oranges.
- Heat the different types of wine with rock sugar, grated lemon zest, orange juice, orange slices and spices. Take the pot off the plate and leave it covered for 1-2 days.
- Heat again, strain and fill into clean bottles to just below the brim. Close immediately and let cool upside down.
- We keep the bottled mulled wine for at least 1 year.
