Ingredients
- 750 ml white wine, dry
- 750 ml rose wine
- ml 1,500 red wine (Bordeaux)
- 300 g suar
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 5 carnation (s)
- 2 star anise
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ allspice

- Bring the wine to the boil with sugar, grated lemon zest and spices. Take the pot off the plate and leave it covered for 1-2 days. Strain and fill into clean bottles to just below the brim. Close immediately.
- Keeps cool and dark for 3 - 4 weeks. The amount is enough for 4 bottles with 750 ml content.
