Instructions

  1. Bring the wine to the boil with sugar, grated lemon zest and spices. Take the pot off the plate and leave it covered for 1-2 days. Strain and fill into clean bottles to just below the brim. Close immediately.
  2. Keeps cool and dark for 3 - 4 weeks. The amount is enough for 4 bottles with 750 ml content.
