Instructions

  1. Stir the guar gum into the cold soy milk with a whisk. Bring to the boil once while stirring and then remove from the stove. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
  2. With a few tablespoons of beetroot juice you get a more appealing color. If you don`t like the typical soy taste, you can also use other plant-based milk and add food flavoring or sweeteners.
  3. Tastes just like the unsweetened soy yoghurt from the supermarket and organic market, but costs a fraction of it to produce and does not contain the numerous additives found in the soy yoghurt you buy. It has a slightly thicker consistency than normal yoghurt, but this can be adapted to your own taste by varying the amount of guar flour.
