Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and the crushed garlic cloves in a bowl. Add the oil slowly, stirring constantly with a mixer, until a mayonnaise with a firm consistency is formed. Stir in sour cream or cream cheese. Cream cheese is a bit firmer and can solidify a mayonnaise that is too runny. Season to taste with salt and lemon and honey.
  2. Mix in the parsley. Let it steep for a few hours.
