Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple. Thinly peel the peel of the orange and cut into fine strips. Squeeze the orange.
  2. Mix the blossom honey with the natural yoghurt, quark, orange juice, cream stiffener and 3/4 of the pineapple pieces. Spread the cream on dessert bowls. Decorate with pineapple pieces, orange peel strips and wafer rolls and serve.
