Instructions

  1. Put the crème fraîche in a saucepan and heat. Be careful, she mustn`t cook. Then add the coarse mustard, the juice of half a lemon and the honey. Now stir the ingredients vigorously. Finally refine the sauce with the dill tips.
  2. Transfer the sauce, which is still warm, into a bowl / bowl and chill.
  3. The sauce goes well with flambéed salmon.
