  1. Peel the ginger tuber and finely grate a piece the size of a thumb nail or cut into the finest pieces. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix with the other ingredients. Place the grilled meat in a shallow container and pour the marinade over it. Turn once after half an hour.
