- Cut the pork loin into slices. Salt, pepper and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, then keep warm in the oven.
- Fry the curry and honey in the frying fat, add the stock and cream. Bring everything to the boil and thicken a little with a sauce thickener.
- Add the loin.
- This goes well with spaetzle or rice.
