Mix the low-fat quark with the yogurt, honey, mustard and linseed oil until smooth. Season with sea salt and a little pepper. Wash the dill, shake dry well, chop and stir into the quark.
If necessary, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
The dip tastes very good with raw vegetables such as cucumber, paprika, kohlrabi, carrots or radishes.

Linseed oil is rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids.
