Ingredients
- 125 g low-fat quark
- 125 g natural yourt
- 1 tablespoon oil, high quality linseed oil
- 1 teaspoon, leveled honey
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon dill, fresher
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt, (approx.)
- Pepper, freshly ground white

- Mix the low-fat quark with the yogurt, honey, mustard and linseed oil until smooth. Season with sea salt and a little pepper. Wash the dill, shake dry well, chop and stir into the quark.
- If necessary, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
- The dip tastes very good with raw vegetables such as cucumber, paprika, kohlrabi, carrots or radishes.
- Annotation:
- Linseed oil is rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids.
