- Mix the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the egg and keep stirring until a bound mixture has formed.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and sift over the butter mixture with a pinch of salt.
- Finally stir in the honey pops. But be careful, the pops break easily.
- Prick small heaps out of the dough with a teaspoon and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (convection) for about 12-14 minutes.
- Let cool on the baking sheet and then enjoy.
