Instructions

  1. Mix the honey with the whiskey and place in a container with a large opening. Put the spices in a tea filter or a cotton bag and tie.
  2. Hang this sack in the honey-whiskey mixture for 3 - 6 months. Leave in a dark place. Then remove the spices and fill them into bottles.
  3. This liqueur tastes good on its own or on vanilla ice cream.
