Cook the croissants as usual and cool with cold water. Cut the peppers, pickles, Emmental cheese, ham, and pickled onions into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Boil the eggs hard, peel them and also cut them into small pieces and place them in the bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, spices and herbs, Tabasco, natural yoghurt, vinegar and oil together as usual to make the salad dressing. Chop the onions and garlic and add to the sauce. Mix the Hörnli, the sauce and the small pieces together and enjoy!
