• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• 1 pinch (s) pepper
• some lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower)

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy. Mix the horseradish and mustard together. Season to taste with salt, sugar, pepper and lemon juice. Gradually stir in the oil with a whisk.
2. Suitable for leafy salads such as endive, ice cream, lamb`s lettuce or lettuce.
