Instructions

  1. Grate the fresh horseradish in a bowl with a fine grater, peel the potatoes and add to the horseradish with a coarse grater. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add eggs and stir well and thicken with flour. Heat the oil in the pan and add 2 tablespoons of hash brown to each pan. Fry until crispy on both sides. Serve hot.
