Water ½ cup
Juice (lemon) 2 teaspoon

Instructions
Pre-soak cashews in cold water.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
This sauce goes well with homemade burgers, baked potatoes, and vegetable side dishes.
