Hot Aioli Sause

Despite the fact that the word “aioli” is translated from French as ‘garlic and olive oil’, there is neither the first nor the second. The base of this sauce is cashews, chili peppers and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • Cashew (raw) 100 g
  • Pepper (fresh chili) 2-3 pcs.
  • Water ½ cup
  • Juice (lemon) 2 teaspoon
  • Syrup 2 teaspoon
  • Salt (sea) ¼ h. L.

Directions

  1. Pre-soak cashews in cold water.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. This sauce goes well with homemade burgers, baked potatoes, and vegetable side dishes.
