Heat the apple juice in a saucepan, add the cinnamon and caramel syrup and let everything get hot. Do not let it boil and then take it off the stove.
Beat some cream until stiff and pour the hot apple juice into glasses. Put a dollop of cream on top and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of the cream. Serve hot!
I always use normal sweetened apple juice and that`s how I find it exactly right. But you can also take unsweetened ones, the amount is 2-4 depending on the size of the glasses.
