Ingredients
- 850 ml apple juice
- 60 ml syrup, (cinnamon syrup)
- 120 ml syrup, (caramel syrup)
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon

- Heat the apple juice in a saucepan, add the cinnamon and caramel syrup and let everything get hot. Do not let it boil and then take it off the stove.
- Beat some cream until stiff and pour the hot apple juice into glasses. Put a dollop of cream on top and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of the cream. Serve hot!
- I always use normal sweetened apple juice and that`s how I find it exactly right. But you can also take unsweetened ones, the amount is 2-4 depending on the size of the glasses.
