Instructions

  1. You need 24 toothpicks.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  3. Clean and halve the mini peppers. Wash the chicken breasts, dab and cut into small strips / pieces so that they can be easily placed in the peppers.
  4. Heat a pan and briefly sear the chicken pieces without seasoning. Then remove from the pan and mix well with the taco seasoning in a small bowl.
  5. Put the cream cheese in the pepper halves with a teaspoon so that nothing can run out. Then put one of the seasoned chicken pieces in each. Wrap the filled pepper halves with a slice of bacon and fix with a toothpick.
  6. Then the small filled peppers come in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on how crispy they are desired.
