Cut the corn on the cob into approx. 3 cm thick slices.
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the corn and simmer until the corn has softened.
Now put melted butter, chopped coriander leaves, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add the still warm corn on the cob into the spice mixture and mix well together. Serve immediately with sour cream.
