Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon coriander greens, fresh, chopped
- 1 small can tomato paste, Italian
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chilli powder or 1 small, finely chopped chilli pepper
- 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- salt
- 1 cup sour cream

- Cut the corn on the cob into approx. 3 cm thick slices.
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the corn and simmer until the corn has softened.
- Now put melted butter, chopped coriander leaves, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add the still warm corn on the cob into the spice mixture and mix well together. Serve immediately with sour cream.
