Hot Dog with Corn Salad

A spicy corn salad makes a good accompaniment to a hot dog and sausage. The recipe is within the power of even a novice cook.

Ingredients

Hot dog bun – 1 pc.
Sausage – 1 pc.
Corn – 2-3 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 2 teaspoon
Chili powder – to taste
Any hard cheese (shavings) – 2 teaspoon.
Lime juice – 1 teaspoon
Ketchup – for serving (optional)

How to make a hot dog with corn salad:

Directions

Heat the bun in the oven or roaster.
Boil or fry a sausage (optional).
Meanwhile, mix the corn with mayonnaise, chili, cheese, and lime juice.
Place the sausage in the bun. Fill the bun with corn salad. You can also sprinkle ketchup on the hot dog.
