Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the dry yeast, salt and sugar. Add the egg, oil and lukewarm milk and work into a smooth dough (until it shines). Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has enlarged.
Then knead the dough vigorously on a lightly floured work surface and divide into 9 equal pieces. Shape each of these pieces into a 15 cm long roll and flatten 1 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise for another 20-30 minutes in a warm place. Spread thinly with milk and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
