  • Hot dog buns – 2 pcs.
  • Sausages – 2 pcs.
  • Mustard – 2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ketchup – 2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Mayonnaise – 3 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Parsley (optional, for garnish) – 1 sprig

Hot Dog Instructions

  1. Cut each hot dog bun lengthwise.
  2. Insert one sausage into each bun.
  3. Wrap each hot dog in a paper towel. Microwave on full power for 1 to 1.5 minutes, until the sausage is heated through. (For crispy buns, skip wrapping.)
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard and 1.5 teaspoons of mayonnaise on each hot dog.
  5. Finish with 1 teaspoon of ketchup on each hot dog.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
