How to make hot chocolate:
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into pieces.
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise. Place in a saucepan with chocolate.
- Pour in milk. Add cinnamon. Heat milk over low heat, but do not boil.
- Add chocolate pieces. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
- Add sugar. When the chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved, turn off the heat and leave the drink for 10 minutes to infuse.
- Remove cinnamon and vanilla. Pour cognac into hot chocolate. Mix.
- Hot chocolate can be served.
