Hot Chocolate Ingredients

  • Bitter chocolate – 100 g
  • Milk – 400 ml
  • Cinnamon – 1 stick
  • Vanilla – 1 pod
  • Cognac – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar to taste

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces.

  2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise. Place in a saucepan with chocolate.
  3. Pour in milk. Add cinnamon. Heat milk over low heat, but do not boil.
  4. Add chocolate pieces. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

  5. Add sugar. When the chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved, turn off the heat and leave the drink for 10 minutes to infuse.
  6. Remove cinnamon and vanilla. Pour cognac into hot chocolate. Mix.

  7. Hot chocolate can be served.
