Instructions

  1. Heat the milk, sugar, dulce de leche and cocoa while stirring constantly, remove from the hob and add the 3 drops of mint oil (no more!). Let it steep briefly, then add the rum, stir and pour into cups or glasses.
  2. If you prefer it more chocolatier, you can prepare the basic drink from dark chocolate, milk and cream and then add dulce de leche, mint oil and rum.
  3. If you like, you can top it with whipped cream and a few chocolate flakes.
