Ingredients
- 350 ml milk
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 teaspoons sugar, possibly
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 70 g chocolate flakes (75% cocoa)
- 2 teaspoons sugar, possibly more
- 2 tablespoon dessert sauce (caramel sauce or dulce de leche)
- 6 cl rum, white
- 3 drops aroma (mint oil)
- whipped cream

- Heat the milk, sugar, dulce de leche and cocoa while stirring constantly, remove from the hob and add the 3 drops of mint oil (no more!). Let it steep briefly, then add the rum, stir and pour into cups or glasses.
- If you prefer it more chocolatier, you can prepare the basic drink from dark chocolate, milk and cream and then add dulce de leche, mint oil and rum.
- If you like, you can top it with whipped cream and a few chocolate flakes.
